Welcome to Parkhouse which includes Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Riverview Adult Day Health Services and Montgomery Meadows Independent Living Suites. Parkhouse, Providence Pointe is a licensed long-term care facility for aging as well as the chronically ill of all ages.

Riverview Adult Day Health Services is a day center providing a safe and nurturing environment for the frail and elderly population.

Montgomery Meadows Independent Living Suites offer a choice of three different size apartment designed to accommodate the needs of our residents.
